Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Hangzhou Dalong Packing Material Co., Ltd ("DALONG", "we") is a printing and packaging manufacturer located at First Floor, Building 17, 13 & 19, 14 Huangjiamen, Dinghe Village, Tangqi Town, Yuhang, Hangzhou, China. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

• Information you send us: name, company, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, product requirements, artwork files and any message you submit through our inquiry form or by email.
• Technical information: our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and communicate about your order.
• To arrange production, quality inspection and shipping with our logistics partners.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We will not sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it with service providers who need it to fulfil your order (for example an international courier), and only to the extent required.

4. Forms, email and third parties

Our inquiry form composes an email in your own mail client — the content is sent to us directly and is not stored on this website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page is displayed. Our site is delivered through a global content delivery network.

5. Retention

Inquiry and order correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to comply with applicable commercial and tax record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time, unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Write to us at [email protected] or call +86 138 6806 9623 and we will respond within a reasonable period.

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Artwork and documents you share with us are handled internally and only shared with suppliers or logistics partners involved in your project.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date is shown at the top of this page.
